Jason Hart is the Executive Sous Chef and proud U.S. Army veteran who traded combat boots for chef whites—and never looked back. A graduate of The Culinary School of Fort Worth, he honed his skills through rigorous, hands-on training before stepping into high-volume kitchens, including serving as a Sous Chef for Farena, the award-winning signature Italian fine-dining concept, at Loews Arlington Hotel. Bringing military precision and strong leadership into the kitchen, he thrives in high-pressure environments with grit, creativity, and just the right amount of edge.
His love of food was built by eating and studying cuisines around the world—traveling to taste, learn, and absorb techniques from diverse cultures—fueling a deep, authentic passion that drives every dish he creates. Driven by that passion for food and family, Jason is committed to excellence, teamwork, and crafting bold, memorable dishes that bring people together.
